Ross Weiner

Ross Weiner is a Senior Advisor at Scenic Advisement. He has worked in financial services for most of his career as a lawyer, banker, and co-founder.  

Prior to joining Scenic, Ross has been a Partner and the General Counsel at Qatalyst Partners, the premier M&A advisory firm for technology companies, a senior lawyer and operations professional at Silver Lake, a Co-Founder, Partner and General Counsel at AXOM Partners, the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at CODE> Advisors and the Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel at Explorer Acquisitions. Ross began his career as an associate at Milbank and Brobeck.  

Ross also serves on the Board of Directors of Glide and the Board of Trustees of the Institutional Investment Strategy Fund, an advisor to the Berkeley Center for Law and Business, as a mentor for the Santa Clara University’s Leavey Executive Center’s Black Corporate Board Readiness Program, and as an advisor to numerous technology companies.  He also hosts the Beyond the Handshake webinar in affiliation with the Berkeley Center for Law and Business.  

Ross is originally from Washington, D.C. and received a B.A. from the University of Virginia and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
